Ms. Angela Aretha Foster aka "Resa" was born on April 22, 1963 to the late M.C. and Ruby Lee Foster. She is preceded in death by thirteen aunts and uncles combined. She attended school in Concord, Ga. After high school, she started working at Carter's in Griffin, Ga. She later went to work at Thomas Packing, Spalding Regional, and Griffin Manor. She loved fishing, cooking, puzzles, watching her soap operas and western, and shopping.

Resa departed life on January 7, 2023. She leaves and cherishes her memories to her three loving and devoted children; Iesha Calloway, Jessica Hardaman (Terrance Sr.), and Derek McDowell: Three grandchildren: Jakeriyah Foster, Ta'niyah Foster, and Terrance Jr.: Siblings; Sherri Quimbley (Edgar), Larry Foster, Randy Foster, Sandra Foster, and Patricia Foster. One niece and one nephew: Bobby Furlow II and Latrisha Furlow. She had a special child that was close to her heart: Sanaa Morris. She has three living uncles: Roy Milner, Robert Lee Milner, and Milton Milner all of Pike County. She had a host of cousins and friends.
