Skylar Nevaeh Tyus-Felix passed away peacefully on June 24, 2022. Skylar was born on May 28, 2022. During her short time here on this earth, Skylar touched and blessed many lives and was loved deeply by her family and friends. She was a curious bundle of joy. Skylar liked to be held close and sit in a position where she could observe all her surroundings. Her life was a gift. A sweet spirit that will truly be missed by us all.

Skylar is the daughter of Kenya A. Felix and Larry Tyus, of Griffin, Georgia. She is preceded in death by her baby brother Robert T. Felix Jr., grandmother JoAnn T. Jones, and grandfather Larry C. Tyus.

Those left to cherish Skylar Nevaeh Tyus-Felix are her parents Kenya A. Felix and Larry Tyus, and four sisters, Destiny J. Felix, Zorianna D. Tyus, Kimora M. Tyus, and Olivia M. Tyus, all of Griffin Georgia; and brother Anthony L. Felix; grandfather, Randy L. Jones (Brenda) of Griffin Georgia; grandmother, Cynthia D. Tyus of Griffin Georgia; aunts, Cassandra Dean (Willie) of Ashburn Virginia, LaSharon Tyus-Allen, Shantae Tyus, and Tonya Tyus all of Atlanta, Georgia; uncles, Curtis R. Tyus of Clayton County, Georgia, Ronald D. Combs of Griffin Georgia and Rodney G. Combs of Augusta, Georgia; godmother, Dinesha Robinson of Milner, Georgia. She also leaves a host of great aunts, great uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
