Eddie James Miller was born on August 3, 1954 to the late Mr. Talmadge Miller and Mrs. Josie Miller in Henry County, Georgia. He departed this life on January 17, 2023 in Atlanta, Georgia.

At an early age, he joined the Farguson Chapel Baptist Church in McDonough, Georgia under the leadership of the late Rev. J. B. Guthrie. He attended Brown High School in Atlanta, Georgia and worked various jobs with a specialty as a mechanic.

On Tuesday, January 17, 2023, God answered Eddie

James Miller's request for rest, allowing him to peacefully pass with an unburdened and joyful heart, and his spirit went home to be with the Lord,

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Horace Miller and Willie Thomas Miller; one-sister, Betty Jean Williams and two brothers-in-law, Deacon James Monfort and Roger Williams.

Eddie leaves to cherish his memories three sons, Eduardo Lawrence (Latoinna) of Senoia, GA; Manuel Lawrence of Anytown, GA, and Mario Lawrence of Anytown, GA; three grandchildren, Kaydence Marie Lawrence, Karter Lawrence, and Autumn Skye Lawrence; one sister, Mary Monfort of Atlanta, GA and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
