A time to be born… Ms. Janie M. Hall was born June 4, 1941, to the late Mr. Authur & Janie Chapman, in Washington, Georgia.

A time to plant… Janie was educated in the public school system of Wilkes County, Georgia. She attended and graduated from Wilkes County High School.

A time to weep… Janie was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Authur & Mrs. Janie Chapman, and her brothers, Jimmy, and Willie "Buddy."

A time to build… Janie accepted the Lord as her Savior and she's in fellowship with the Gateway Restoration Church in Forest Park, Georgia.

A time gather stones… Janie was retired from cooking and cleaning. She loved to dance and praise the Lord with all her heart. Janie, most of all loved and enjoyed her family. A time to weep… Janie was courageous and strong as she battled many things in life. She fought the good fight and kept her faith in God. On August 25, 2022, Janie took her rest from her labor on earth and Gained heavenly reward with Christ Jesus.

A time to mourn… Janie is survived by her loving and devoted children, Richard (Nay) Hall, Jr., Curtis (Barbara) Hawes, Barbara (Dario) Rios, Patricia Hall, Lorenzo (Javonne) Hall; siblings: Rosa Lee, Bertha Mae; grandchildren: Leonard, Talaya, Richard, III, Shantal, Brianna, Lorenzo, Jr., Nevaeh, Jaron, Kylan, Kai, Tahir; greatgrands: Lamiyah, Ashanti, Amir, Tali, Niyah, Azir, Zyls. Janie also has a host of family and friends
