Jeffrey was born July 9, 1970. He passed away peacefully on July 30. 2025 at home, after a hard cancer fight.

He leaves behind his mother Bonnie Frantz, stepfather, Jon, his brother Duane Frey and his fiance' and best friend, Wendy Ferrell.

He was proceeded in death by his father Barry Frey.

I believe that Jeff will be remembered most for his kindness, sense of humor and sometimes for his mischievous whit and, of course, for his love for all of us.

He enjoyed his home life, building flower beds and rock gardens. He and Wendy spent hours outside doing what they both loved.

He will be missed more than I can even imagine by all of us, family and friends...Jeff never knew a stranger.

We will have a celebration of his life at a date to be determined.
