Mr. Joseph Carl Jester was born on Aug. 15, 1957, to the late Walter Dave and Martha Head Jester. He attended the Griffin Spalding County School.

He accepted Christ at an early age. He was proceeded in death by his parents the late Walter D and Martha; his sisters-in-law, Cathy Jester; his nieces, Michelle, and great nephew, Avery Dale.

He departed his life on Wednesday, July 06, 2023 to go to his heavenly home to be with his family.

He leaves to cherish his memories, His only sister, Nellie Johnson; two brothers, Claude Lams; one sister-in-law Diane; two nephews, Rageeb and Tony Jester; five nieces, Chantelle, Daaiyah, Katrina, Sabrina, and Tamilca Jester; two great nieces, Courtney, and Diasiah; three great nephews, Jay, Avery and Jester, and a host of relatives, friends, cousins. Also, many will miss him dearly.
