Obituary

Kenneth Levan Teague was born on June 1, 1968, in Waterloo, Iowa to the proud parents of Charlie Teague, Jr. and Mary Marie Roby Teague who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Brian Bernard Teague, and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Kenneth Teague, affectionately known as "Ken", departed this earthly life on Friday, January 21, 2022. Ken was an exceptional friend to whomever he met.

Ken was introduced to Jesus Christ at an early age and was baptized in Waterloo, Iowa.

Ken was a veteran of the United States Navy for four years.

Ken was a member of St. James Masonic Lodge #4 of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Georgia. He was also a member of the Nabbar Temple of the Prince Hall Shriners A.E.A.O.N.M.S.

Ken had various hobbies, but he thoroughly enjoyed riding his motorcycle. He was a valued member of the Thunder Guards Motorcycle Club in Atlanta, Georgia.

Left to cherish his greatest moments and memories is: his son, Jaylen Teague of Atlanta, GA; his fiancé, Errica Risper of Griffin, GA; two sisters, Lisa Owens of Jackson, MS and Lisa Holmes of Waterloo, IA; six brothers, Jeffery (Peggy) Perteet of McAdams, MS, Charles Landfair and Marcus (Treona) Landfair both of Jackson, MS, Reginald (Lashay) Teague of Atlanta, GA, and Clinton Teague of Waterloo, IA; a special lifelong friend, Tonya Dobbs; his fellow brothers and sisters of St. James Masonic Lodge #4 of Atlanta, GA; his fellow Navy brothers from the U.S.S. Austin LPD-4 Squad; along with a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends across the United States that he truly loved.
