Kory was loved by many. He always had a smile on his face and words of encouragement. In his leisure

time, he liked to come back home to visit family and

friends. Kory was always clean. He was known for wearing his shades regardless of the season.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Jennifer

Maddox, four children, Donta Maddox, Kory Lee

Maddox, Shacoriya Bruce, and Rashara James

(Eddie; stepfather, Leroy Andrews; three brothers, Robert Maddox, Johnny Montgomery, Jr., and Leroy

Smith,; two sisters, Oshavius Maddox (Algernon)

and April Scott (Chris); five grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; very special uncle, Darryl Montgomery; he also leaves some special friends, as well as his special friend, Latasha McAllister; and our brothers in love, Corinthian, Nate, E.J., Bob, Keith, Mark, and Chris Burke.
