Here we lay to rest Charles Ree Willson, who was born to Wardell and Mamie Richardson on January 18, 1942, in South Carolina. He was the oldest of his siblings. Charles loved his grandchildren, playing pool, and keeping to himself. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and listening to music. He had a down-to-earth soul and was humble enough to give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. Although he was what many would consider a ladies’ man, he found true love with Beatrice Johnson, from which union came Kim Johnson. Kim later gave birth to his four beloved grandchildren: Tashi, Jihad, Ikimbea, and Ummil-Khair. His oldest grandson, Tashi, has three children—his great-grandchildren: Izyziah, Azaliya, and Ky’zahra. Charles leaves behind a loving family to cherish and honor his memory. He will be loved and missed deeply.
