Lida Elaine Stanley-Brown was born on September 24, 1952, in

Griffin, Georgia, to the late Mr. Charlie and Mrs. Dorothy Stanley.

Lida worked many years at Spalding Regional Hospital doing birth certificates.

She retired in 2009 to help raise her one and only granddaughter, Jordan Jones.

She was loved and respected by so many people.

Mrs. Lida Elaine Stanley-Brown entered into eternal rest on Sunday, January

25, 2026, at Eternal Hope Hospice. She leaves to mourn and cherish her

memories: one son, Antione Brown; one daughter, Candice Jones; one son-

in-law, Dontae Jones; and one granddaughter, Jordan Jones. She is also

survived by seven brothers and sisters: Tyrone Stanley, Mary Cohen, Charlie

Stanley, Jeffrey Stanley, Gregory Stanley, Toni Olatree, and Joni Stanley; one

sister-in-law, Barbara Lupoe; a bonus daughter, Monique Paige; and a host of

nieces and nephews
