Kianna Slater was born on November 24, 1992, in Griffin, Georgia, to Curtis Slater and DaWanda Roberts She attended Griffin High School. Kianna departed this life on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at the age of 33, leaving behind memories that will forever live in the hearts of all who loved her. She is survived by her loving parents, Curtis Slater and DaWanda Roberts; brothers, Adrian Roberts and Cody Roberts; sisters, Victoria Slater, and Princess Slater; and beloved grandmother, Diane Middlebrooks. She is also survived by her aunt; Valencia, uncles, Keith Middlebrooks, George Ray Middlebrooks, and Freddie (Carol) Middlebrooks; nephews, Carson Roberts, Jamarcus Roberts, and Malichi Roberts. She leaves to cherish her beautiful memory a very special cousin, Tiffany Long; very special friends from Macon to Griffin. Kianna was a high-spirited, funny, charming, and protective soul who was full of life and energy. She had a way of lighting up every room she entered and made countless friends wherever she went. Even in the midst of life’s storms, Kianna held on to her faith and truly believed in God.
