MS. OSHAVIUS MADDOX was born on May 6, 1977, in Griffin, Georgia. Shay was preceded in death by her mother, Ms.

Pamela E. Maddox, biological father, Robert Sutton and brother, Kory Maddox.

Shay was affectionately loved by many. She loved to cook, go on cabin trips and cruises, spend time with her grandkids, and take care of the elderly. Shay worked over 15 years at Brightmoor Nursing Home.

Oshavius leaves to forever cherish her memories: dedicated lifelong partner, Mr. Algernon Warren; four kids, Shadreanna Maddox, Chad'darius (Jake) Maddox, Jontavius Maddox, and Jabre'a Maddox; stepfather, Mr Leroy Andrews; three brothers, Johnny Montgomery, Jr., Robert Maddox, and Leroy Smith; two sisters, Patricia Sutton and April (Christopher) Scott; four grandkids, Paris A. Maddox, London K. Maddox, Dequavious L. Maddox, and Ja'Bari A. Maddox; step-kids, Jadakiss Warren, Mariah Warren, Dajah Warren, and Arsenio Warren; godsons, DeAndre Maddox, and Terrious Maddox (Big Ma); best friend, Shannon Yates (Bestie); special cousin/sister, Tanza Maddox (Dawg); special friend, Teresa Ann Foster; close cousins, Maggie Evans and Gloria Freeman; cabin crew, Demeia (Christopher), Brandy (Bob), Jahneese (Seneca), Jennifer (Ant), and Anna (Peewee); and a host of nieces and nephews.
