Mr. Phillip Williams was born on July 10, 1961, to the late Jimmy Calloway and the late Evelyn Williams in Spalding County, Georgia.

Phillip lived a peaceful and quiet life. He didn't enjoy a lot of noise or chaos. He found joy in the simple things-visiting McDonald's for a meal, listening to music, people-watching, and spending cherished time with his bonus mom, Ms. Clermeane Francois, and his bonus brother, Vladimir Francois.

On Saturday, July 19, 2025, Phillip heard his name called from eternity and he answered. In that moment, he was released from all pain and sickness and stepped into perfect peace. He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Calloway; his mother, Evelyn Williams; his brothers, Roy and Ray; his sister, Sara Calloway; a niece, Zeania; and nephews, Ron B. and Avery.

Phillip leaves behind a legacy filled with love and cherished memories. His devoted sisters: Barbara (Lynn) Driver, Melanie (Richard) Jennings, and Ernestine Cain; His brothers, Randy (Felicia) Calloway, Barry (Renee) Calloway, John (Lizzie)

Calloway, Jimmy Lee, and Eddie Calloway.

Phillip's memory is especially dear to his bonus mom, Ms.

Clermeane Francois, and his bonus brother, Vladimir Francois.

He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended relatives who will forever hold him close in their hearts.

A special acknowledgment is given to his caregiver, SandraSims, for her dedication and care.

Phillip's gentle spirit, loving heart, and quiet strength will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
