On Saturday, March 9, 2024, our Heavenly Father called Mr. Rodney Allen home. He is set free from all sickness and pain. Rest now in peace and comfort; your journey has ended, battle fought, and victory won.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Buckner Jr. Il; and his sister, Teresa Buckner.

Rodney leaves to cherish his memories of his wife, Linickii Allen of Jackson, GA; three children, Likelsya (Marquita) Stodghill, Tavorius Phillips, and Ashley Phillips, all of Jackson, GA; mother, Deborah Allen of Milner, GA; brothers and sisters, Patricia Buckner of Barnesville, GA, Cornelius Buckner of Thomaston, GA, Shirley Buckner of Barnesville, GA, James Buckner Jr. III of Thomaston, GA, Orland (Shari) Caslin of Culloden, GA, Marcus Allen of Jonesboro, GA, Natasha (Antonio) Tysinger of Griffin, GA, and Jarvis (Nyqwaita) Allen of Newark, NJ; mother-in-law, Betty Andrews of Jenkinsburg, GA; one sister-in-law, Letease (Jamarco) Clayton of Griffin, GA; one brother-in-law, Eric Akins of Jenkinsburg, GA; he also leaves an uncle, Robert (Patricia) Allen of Milner, GA; three aunts, Mary Hightower of Phoenix, AZ, and Denise Walker and Trudy Strickland, both of Milner, GA; three special friends, Kevin Harris, Charlie Gregory, and Travis Warner; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
