Ms. Satinia Gilbert was born April 15, 1962, in Spalding County to Paul Clark, Jr., and Annie Kate Gilbert. She received her formal education at the Spalding County school system.

Ms. Satinia accepted Christ as her savior at an early age. She was employed at Pruitt Healthcare in Grifin, Georgia. She enjoyed caring for her residents while she was at work. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends at cookouts and family get-togethers, dancing to music.

On October 26, 2024, Ms. Satinia Gilbert left this earthly place. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Clark, Jr.; mother, Annie Kate Gilbert; brothers, Al Gilbert, Robert Clark, Marvin Clark, John Clark, and James Clark; sisters, Veronica Gilbert and Helen Reid; nieces, Erica Watkins, Kizzy Collier, and Casancia Gilbert-Fini Gilbert-Finij; nephews, Willie Collier and Robert Clark, Jr.; and grandson, Antonio Walker, Jr.

Ms. Satinia Gilbert leaves a lasting legacy full of loving memories to her children, Cornelius (Ronita) Brown, Phillipe (Pamela) Byrd, and Michael Murphy; siblings, Angela (Robert) Collier, Roxane Connell, Kimberly (Milton) Crawley, Paula (Eugene) Jackson, Jason (Natasha) Gilbert, Muriel (Willie) Nelson, Pauline Clark, Barbara Lindsey, and Johnny Lewis Clark; grandkids, Cornelius Brown, Jr., Ladarian Underwood, Kamonic Batts, Kareem Brown, and Damorris and Jamyrian Wise; five great-grandkids; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends who will miss her dearly, including special friend, Vernon Hardnett.
