The Great Tony Mitchell Patterson, Jr was born July 30, 2004, in Miami, Florida.  He left his earthly body and returned to his heavenly home on August 3, 2022.

Everyone knew Tony. If you met him, after your first experience with him, you would never forget him. Tony had a way of commanding a room.  He will make his presence known.  He was not shy or ashamed to introduce himself, or tell someone about the goodness of our living loving God. Tony was a great ambassador for God, his family, and NHND PREP.

One thing he could do was talk! Tony was an impressive orator and when he spoke. he often brought people of all ages to their feet.  Tony was serious about his speeches and his recitations. You often see Tony in an empty classroom or down the halls at NHND PREP practicing his latest oratorical renditions.

Tony loved his school, NHND PREP. He would proudly proclaim NHND everywhere he went. On field trips, he would boldly declare to all who asked who the students were  "the Mighty Warrior from New Horizons New Directions PREP in Griffin, Ga."

Tony was preceded in death by his sister Amoni Brown. Tony has to cherish in his memory his Mother and Father Cyrus and Cortina Labady, his brother Mandela Brow, grandmother, Cassandra Brown, Grandfather, Brenton Brown, four Aunts, Dr. Africa Altidor, Iyla James, Empress James, and Kai James, five uncles Solomon James, Isiah James, Elijah James, Joel James, and Emmanuel James.  Tony also leaves a host of cousins, family, and friends as well to cherish his memory.
