Willie Turner Hines Jr. was born May 13, 1949 to the parents of Mr. Willie Hines Sr, and Ms. Georgia Mae Hillman in Zebulon, Georgia. He was known to many as Todo.

Mr. Hines received his formal education in Pike County Consolidation School. At an early age, he joined Pine Chapel Baptist Church. He was employed several places but Florida Rock Inc. is where he retired.

Mr. Hhes later married Mrs. Lula Green. In his leisure time he enjoyed spending time with her and the rest of his family.

On Tuesday March 28, 2023 at 3:00pm Mr. Hines transitioned to his etetnal resting place to be with our Heavenly Father. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters; Betty Ann Hines, Dorothy Mae Brown, and his brother; Billy Hines.

Mr. Hines is survived by loving family. Those left to cherish his sweet, pving memories are his children, grandchildren, and great grand children; Amy Berry, Vincent Green, Chelsea Moore, Michael Jenkins J., Lathaddeus Sands, Olivia Jenkins, Michael Jenkins III, Rashad Yarbrough Jr, Raylen Sands. Makayla Jenkins, Logan Sands, sisters; Carolyn Hines, Marie (Gerod) Sanders, brothers; Joe L. Hines, Jerome Willis, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends that will miss him dearly.
