Yhtomita "Y" Mashay Davis was born November 27, 1981 to Johnnie Mae Davis and Timothy Davis in Griffin, GA. Yhtomita was the first born child to her parents and her mother made her a namesake to her father, affectionately naming her Yhtomita which is Timothy spelled backwards with an A.

Yhtomita took her eternal rest on March 14, 2022 at Brightmoor Hospice in Griffin, GA after a battle with cancer. She was a fighter and fought up until the very end.

Yhtomita was full of life she loved nothing more than being a mother, cooking, and gathering with family and friends to taste all of her kitchen creations. Her homemade pizza and salad was always a crowd pleaser. She was beautiful inside and out and her smile would illuminate the darkest of rooms. May her light continue to shine as we mourn her loss and cherish those memories.

She leaves to cherish her memories two loving sons, Naryja J. Driver and Koda E. Driver; her mother, Johnnie Mae Davis; her father, Timothy Davis, Sr (Setina Pittman); her grandmother, Earline Davis; siblings; Timothy (Donna)Davis, Jr and Tendra Davis; her uncles; William (Patricia) Gardner III, J.C. Davis, Jr, Walter Davis, Sr. and a host of cousins, nephews, and friends.
